Menu:

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs and 2 slices of bacon, coffee with cream and Splenda
Carbs: 5

Lunch: Spring salad with 1/2 chicken breast and 1-1/2 tablespoons Newman's Own Balsamic Vinaigrette, Parmesan Cheese
Carbs: 5.5

Snack: 2 slices turkey lunchmeat, 1 oz colby jack cheese
Carbs: 2

Dinner: Taco salad with 90/10 ground beef (seasoned with cumin), iceberg lettuce (out of romaine...boohoo), 1/8 cup tomato and 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
Carbs: 6

Total carbs for day: 18.5 thus far
